Final Year 1 Project at AIE Seattle.

Rise to the Top is a 3D, rocket-jumping platformer where players ascend a perilous castle inside the imagination of a 10-year old recovering their cat, Princess, from the ‘EVIL’ neighbor!

  • Coordinated 10 people virtually via Teams, Perforce, and Hack-n-Plan

  • Completed production in 3 two-week sprints; Roughly 15 work days

  • Held Sprint Plans, Reviews, and Retros at the beginning and end of each sprint

  • Presented video developer logs at the end of each sprint
